Some job seekers in 2025 may be looking for remote positions, and a recently released report from FlexJobs identified the companies with the most roles offering this arrangement.
The flexible job posting site ranked Working Solutions #1 in its “Top 100 Companies to Watch for Remote Jobs in 2025“, list published earlier this week.
The company, which also took first place last year, describes itself as a “contact center outsourcer”.
FlexJobs determined its ranking of Working Solutions and the other 99 companies it included by analyzing “more than 60,000 companies and their remote job openings” in 2024. It found fully remote and hybrid roles to be remote jobs.

Second on the “Top 100 Companies to Watch for Remote Jobs in 2025” list after Working Solutions was Liveops, a contact center solutions company. Like Working Solutions, it maintained the same position as the previous year.
Meanwhile, UnitedHealth Group sought candidates to fill the third-highest number of remote positions in 2024, earning it the third-highest ranking in 2025. remote work companies, according to the report. The healthcare giant is one of the few companies that has the distinction of having appeared in the ranking “every year since its debut in 2014,” FlexJobs said.
Staffing firm Kelly and telecommunications company Telus rounded out the top five, according to the report.
No. 6 was at Robert Half International, a California-based staffing firm. Prime Therapeutics received the No. 7 spot followed by Transcom in eighth place, FlexJobs said.
The ranking placed BCD Travel in ninth place for 2025. The travel management company has more than 15,000 employees, according to its website.

Rounding out the FlexJobs top 10 for remote jobs was Amplify Education. The company says on its website that it “creates K-12 core and supplemental curriculum, assessment and intervention” and reaches about 15 million US students.
FlexJobs also highlighted the “superior remote job titles to keep an eye on companies.” They included an accountant, software engineer, account executive, customer service representative, and project manager, among others.
Remuneration for these positions varies. Accountants earned an average of $79,880 a year in 2023, while customer service agents earned $39,680 and software engineers earned $130,160, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
A separate ResumeTemplates survey released in late October found that 56 percent of full-time U.S. workers indicated they were “already looking for a new job or planning to start one” by 2025.

About 17% of respondents who wanted to make a job change identified a desire to work remotely as the “main reason” for doing so, according to the survey.
More than 23% of workers aged 16 and over telecommuted at home “some” or “all” of the hours in November, according to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
