Turkey bypasses France in favor of US partnership in northeastern Syria




Turkey’s foreign minister has ruled out French military support in Syria after accusing France of ignoring Ankara’s security needs, saying it prefers a partnership with the United States to ease Kurdish tensions in the country’s northeast.
