On Sunday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he was ready to hand over captured North Korean soldiers to Pyongyang in exchange for the return of Ukrainian prisoners of war held in Russia. Zelensky’s offer came just hours after South Korea’s national intelligence service confirmed Kiev’s announcement that Ukrainian forces had captured two wounded North Korean soldiers.
